We now offer Adult Swim Lessons & Preschool Aquatics.
Beginner: No prior swim lesson experience needed. We will teach fearful and or limited ability students. Purpose of the lesson will be to help participants become and feel more comfortable in and around the water. Skills to be taught will include floating, breathing, basic movements and strokes in order to lead toward greater swimming and stroke ability.
Advanced Beginner: Designed for those who already are comfortable in the water and who can swim in deep water (water over their heads) efficiently and without fear. Students should have basic knowledge and skill level of free stroke. He/She should be able to comfortably and consistently float as well as swim 1 length (25 yards on back and front) of the pool. Lessons will improve breathing, safety and stroke technique while adding increased endurance.
